COMPAK CLUTCH V2 – FITS ASSOCIATED RC8 & XRAY 808




	Compak clutch V2 Ultimate Racing tech department designed and developed the first clutch system in 1999. Its fantastic performance and reliability made this clutch one of the most required in the market, and helped some drivers celebrate the achievement of some national championships, reaching its best result in 2003 when Miguel Matias won the 1/8 off-road European Championship with the first version of this clutch system. After few years the tech department has improved the standard clutch system launching this new Compak clutch with the main goal in main of improving its performance and makes its assembly easier for everyone because it comes already assembled what it is perfect for all RC enthusiasts, beginners and high competition drivers. We have also increased the range of the springs hardness in order to adapt the different driving styles to the different track conditions. Ultimate Racing is launching the last version of the Compak clutch called V2 in order to adapt it to the last RC cars you can find on the market. The diameter of the new Compak V2 is 34mm, and fits the Associted RC8 and the Xray 808. It is composed of: Clutch shoes: Manufactured with high quality and resistance carbon graphite. Clutch springs: Diameter of 1.1mm, manufactured with long life tempered steel, for super high grip tracks or very muddy conditions. Flywheel: Manufactured with aluminum 6061. Engine nut: Designed especially for this clutch system made with high resistant tempered steel.

MARTIN BAYER JOINS THE UR TEAM



	Ultimate Racing team is proud to announce that top Czech driver Martin Bayer has officialy joined the UR team. He has officially used the UR products at the 4th round of the Czech Cup, where he TQ'd and won the 3 classes that were run. So, congratulations and welcome to the UR team!!

ULTIMATE RACING ON TOP OF EUROPE AGAIN



	Once again, the UR team drivers have made a fantastic job during the 1/8th off-road European Championship. Qualifying saw a very strong Yannick Aigoin who TQ’d 3 out of 5 qualifying rounds. Yannick TQ’d Q1 an Q3 on Thursday , so it looked like he went on to be the pole man at the 2010 Euros with his Novarossi powered Losi, ProCircuit tires and Ultimate Racing accessories. Yannick finally TQ’d on the 2nd and last quali heat on Friday, so once again he TQ’s a major international event. The other UR team drivers that were on top during the week qualifying directly for semi-finals were Reno Savoya qualifying 4th, Martin Bayer 5th, and Robert Batlle 11th who had his issues with setup and tyres. But on Saturday things changed surprisingly and Robert Batlle and Reno Savoya improved their performance substantially, Robert finished his semi-final 1st and Reno did the same, so they qualified 1st and 2nd respectively for the A-main. Yannick qualified 3rd, Elliott Boots using many UR products started 5th and Martin Bayer as a new official UR team driver started 7th. So there were 3 UR team drivers on the first 3 positions of the A-main starting grid. During the final we saw a nice start with Robert, Reno and Yannick fighting for the lead, then Robert opened a small gap until Reno with a less pit stop because of his fuel strategy took the lead. Yannick was 3rd but suffered a flamed out. Then his brother Jerome and Miguel Matias were fighting for the last place on the podium, but Jerome after a fantastic week had similar luck than Yannick allowing Miguel to finish 3rd. After 45 minutes final the results of the best UR team drivers were: 1.- Renaud Savoya.- ULTIMATE RACING 2.- Robert Batlle.- ULTIMATE RACING ... 4.- Martin Bayer.- ULTIMATE RACING … 7.- Yannick Aigoin.- ULTIMATE RACING 8.- Elliott Boots.- ULTIMATE RACING So we want to congratulate all UR drivers, and specially Reno for his amazing 3rd consecutive European title! BRYAN BALDÓ WINS EURO WARM UP B



	Spanish NOVAROSSI, PROCIRCUIT, NITROLUX and ULTIMATE team driver Bryan Baldó won the 1/8th off road Euro warm up B hold this past weekend in Valladolid. UR DRIVER ADRIAN CASTRO SOUTHAMERICAN CHAMPION!!



	ULTIMATE RACING is glad to announce that UR official team driver from Argentina Adrian Castro won his 4th South American championship last weekend in Rosario, Argentina. So the UR team wants to congratulate Adrian and his team for the fantastic job, as well as Pato Concha, the UR official team driver from Chile, who also was on the A main final finishing 7th.
